The Tribe of the Whitetop Band of Native Indians
October 9th, just before the Grand Entry at Thunder in the Mountains Powwow in Parsons, West Virginia a momentous event took place. The Whitetop Tribe and the Cheraw of WV signed a treaty.
"Do not go where the path may lead.
Instead, go where there is no path and leave a trail."
